A thin border around avatars


@shiprib is invisible almost all the time, so it’s hard to see the avatar.


This should be suggested on meta.discourse.org, the forum for the forum software. Also, if you inspect the source, you’ll see that @shiprib has a 1x1 px transparent avatar, which looks like nothing (probably the result of this problem - re-uploading the avatar should fix it).
